LEARN ABOUT THIS COFFEE PRODUCING REGION
This coffee was produced at the south of the Minas Gerais state. The production region is known as “South Minas” for short. Brasil is the coffee powerhouse of the world, Minas Gerais state is the coffee powerhouse in Brasil and the south Minas is the powerhouse of coffee production in the Minas Gerais state. Coffee production varies year by year, but in an average, would Minas Gerais state be a country by itself, it would be the second biggest coffee producer in the world, and the South Minas region the third largest producer.
South Minas produces only Arabica and the high altitude of the region, above 3,000 ft and the perfect climate, produces coffees with round acidity, and a sweet, caramel aftertaste.
We suggest a medium roast for the full flavour potential of this remarkable coffee. Enjoy a genuine gem DIRECT FROM THE FARM.
